DESCRIPTION DU POSTE To establish and monitor key performance indicators as mutually agreed with customers To identify root cause and the necessary corrective action, and follow through the execution until problem resolution To assist in contract management, credit facility review and account receivable control when required To monitor operational and administrative processes such as rates administration, quote management, invoicing and claims handling
