Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across South‑East Asia (SEA) and Australia for our High Performance Polymers product lines, serving customers in Industrial, Medical, and Consumer Electronics. You’ll join the Asia Business Development team, working closely with the regional sales team and the global R&D organization to bring materials science expertise directly into commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Map and drive the existing project portfolio across assigned markets
- Conduct market studies to inform and shape development strategy
- Build and maintain multi‑level relationships across customers and the broader industry value chain
- Identify new business opportunities and manage them through to commercialization, including sampling, trials, and documentation
- Partner with global R&D and Technical Service teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
