We are seeking a comprehensive Quality Management expert with a solid technical background in LRA (Linear Resonant Actuators), or Switch, or PCB/FPC. You will not only act as the technical gatekeeper for component quality but also serve as a strong project driver and cross-functional coordinator. We need someone who can leverage their engineering background to identify logical flaws in supplier reports, utilize systemic management tools to drive continuous supplier improvement, and navigate complex internal and external environments to deliver concrete quality results.

Supplier Driving & Closed-Loop Management: Effectively manage critical component suppliers (LRA, or PCB, or Switch). Review and challenge supplier 8D reports and Failure Analysis (FA).
