Job Description

Key Responsibilities  
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 
Guide and coach AI teams in agile principles, promoting self-organization and accountability. 
Act as a servant leader and coach to the development team, product owners, and stakeholders. 
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress or performance.
