**YOUR ROLE**- Plan and facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensuring the breakdown of work.Force the breakdown of stories into substories, tasks, spikes, etc.- Help build the schedule for deliverables.Resource mapping/loading.
- Strategically identify if the schedule requires more resources than the team currently has.
