RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead Agile/Scrum delivery for cross-functional product, development, QA, and operations teams, ensuring alignment to program priorities, sprint goals, and release commitments.
+ Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program-level coordination sessions.
