- Leading and mentoring scrum teams in a range of complex and diverse projects
- Reviewing Agile project deliveries and guiding the team to ensure timely, successful delivery of requirements
- Building a constructive working environment to resolve issues as a team
- Leading team communication, focusing on improving transparency and ensuring the right information reaches the right people
