You will be the engine that keeps our product teams moving. As Scrum Master at Tekever, your job is not to run meetings, it's to make the team unstoppable. You'll remove every obstacle in their way, protect their focus, and make sure nothing slows down delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, but more importantly, make them worth everyone's time
Hunt down and eliminate blockers before they become problems
Be the team's biggest advocate — internally, cross-functionally, everywhere
Coach team members individually and collectively on agile mindset, not just process
Shield the team from external noise and interruptions during sprints
Build trust and psychological safety so the team can do their best work
