Job Description

 Do you want to work with a motivated  international team  in an exciting, rewarding, and dynamic environment?
 I am looking for a passionate and committed  Scrum Master  who can help my client in transforming the organization from a Waterfall to an Agile company.
  What would be your role 
 Support the Agile team in following the Scrum process
 Educate the team in Agile values, principles, practices and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, XP, DevOps, …)
 Help the team focus on creating an increment of value in each iteration
 Facilitate the removal of impediments to the team's progress
 You will ensure that all team events take place and are productive
 Create the environment for continuous improvement supporting the Agile implementation
 Assist the Product Owner in refining the backlog
