Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments

Active Security Clearance (SC)

Strong, hands-on expertise with Jira Software (Epics, boards, workflows, reporting)

Understanding of secure or deployed environments, including air-gapped or restricted networks

Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)

Proven ability to manage delivery in highly regulated orpliance-driven environments

Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills
