Join our high-performing Mobile App team as a Senior Scrum Master. Our app serves over 2 million monthly active users and is the primary tool used by nearly every WestJet traveler to book flights, manage trips, check‑in, track flight status, and access loyalty features.
Overview Of Role
In this role, you will act as a mentor and expert in Agile software development processes, establishing a robust, results‑driven Scrum practice across our teams. While primarily anchoring the Mobile Apps team, you will also extend your expertise to support an additional software development team to align standards, monitor performance, and optimize output.
