**Job Description**
The Screw Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multi-spindle and/or CNC screw machines to produce precision metal components that meet quality and production standards. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, consistent output in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate multi-spindle screw machines and/or CNC screw machines according to specifications.
+ Interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawings.
+ Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and product quality.
