The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in contracts, procurement operations, shared services, or supply chain roles. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn procurement processes, familiarity with ERP/procurement tools, and the ability to support high volume operational tasks in a global managed services environment.

Your key responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Assist in uploading contracts and amendments into contract repositories or CLM systems.
  • Maintain contract metadata, version control, folder hygiene, and linkage between contracts, catalogs, and PO’s.
  • Help track contract expiries and notify stakeholders for renewals, ensuring correct updates in catalogs and PO references.
