Job Description
Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a SCM Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with quality assurance requirements and customer, optimizing the utilization of the workforce to minimize manufacturing costs.
B. Participates as a key member of plant manager’s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Develop and implement programs to utilize the elements of EBS to achieve strategic goals of the plant, and profit plan objectives of the plant.
B. Lead EBS in area of materials activities & support campus activities
C. Provide continuous support of plant requirements related to materials function
D. Manage logistics & planning function
E. Lead production scheduling
F. Manage, lead, develop & guide associates in developing materials skills
