Job Description
What you’ll do Production Scheduling / Planning
- Support the creation, adjustment, and execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
- Align production plans with capacity, labor availability, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure schedule adherence.
- Monitor WO status, identify delays, and generate recovery plans when needed.
- Track production performance and maintain scheduling KPIs.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and system accuracy.
- Maintain updated records in system SAP.
- Provide daily reports on production, inventory, and order status.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, AWB, BL, customs documentation).
- Track shipments with forwarders/carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
