Job Description
The role focuses on a project within the thematic scope of A*SRL and global skin biology, analyzed through the lens of organotypic culture and computational biology. The project is dedicated to studying the neural regulation of the immune system and various environmental factors that may impact it, including prenatal stress. It specifically targets atopic dermatitis, a skin inflammation involving both the immune and nervous systems. The goal is to identify the underlying mechanisms orchestrating skin disruptions by combining in‑house single‑cell datasets generated at A*ASRL with publicly available datasets.
RequirementsPhD in Immunology with a neuroscience background and/or bioinformatics expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with IPSC‑derived cells and 3D organoids of neuronal and immune systems.
- Cell culture and other techniques of cellular and molecular biology.
- Bioinformatics (Python, R, Cell Ranger, etc.). ...
