The Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship‑focused School Effectiveness Officer to join our School Effectiveness Team within Herefordshire Council.
This is a varied and outward‑facing role, supporting schools, academies and education partners through high‑quality advice, service coordination and the delivery of traded services. As a key point of contact for schools, you will help ensure they can access a coherent, responsive “one‑stop” offer that supports school improvement, strong governance and effective business management.
