School Discipline Support Officer (Choa Chu Kang)

Disciplinary Support, via a restorative practice approach:

• Supporting late‑coming, in‑house suspension and detentions, and support pull‑out programmes
• Serves as a mentor for students requiring closer guidance.
• Patrolling classroom blocks, canteen, basketball courts and field during recess and lunch times
• Conducts physical monitoring and patrolling on school premises and neighbourhood after school curriculum hours.

• When incidences happen, to support investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach by obtaining student and witness statements for Student Management KPs for follow up
• Closing the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students where needed
