As our Scheme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day‑to‑day operations and ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.
You’ll take ownership of essential safety checks, including health & safety, fire safety, and the warden call system, ensuring we meet compliance standards and deliver consistently high levels of service.
