Purpose of Post
Eclipse is seeking an experienced and highly capable Scenic Operations Manager to lead the operational planning, coordination, and successful delivery of scenic projects across a wide range of live events, productions, and experiential environments.
This is a senior role requiring exceptional organisational capability, strong operational leadership, and a highly collaborative approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake, scheduling, coordination, and operational readiness of all scenic work — including inbound projects from partner companies — ensuring seamless integration with current workshop activity and wider business priorities.
