SITE ADMINISTRATOR
Standard operations & procedures
Manages the center routines / general assemblies / administrative agenda of the site & the relationships with partners/providers
Manages and ensures the compliance regarding : Maintenance / security & safety / Implement KLP Standards and local regulations, with the support of our internal tools
Set-ups and pilots the center budget, propose improvement of the asset with a continuous look Opexand capex improvement : Guarantee the respect of the procurement policy.
Guarantees that Klepierre’slevel of commitment (as per defined leasing contract) is met and up to date
Implements procedures for the effective management of Centre’s Suppliers in accordance with the contracts
