Job Description
Generates lending and fee income through Small Business Administration (SBA) sales for an assigned territory. Works in partnership with other sales teams and Relationship Managers to develop and expand business relationships. Oversees the origination, processing, and funding of SBA lending solutions in compliance with internal control standards and adherence to audit, regulatory, and compliance policies.
+ Generates new business through establishing internal banking partnerships, outside networks, and referrals sources; expands existing customer relationships through cross-selling products and services.
+ Collaborates with internal partners to develop and implement marketing plans that drive growth of an assigned sales territory; supports the promotion of all product lines offered in assigned market.
