Sausage / Smallgoods Maker (Malaga)

We are looking for an experienced smallgoods maker to join our production team.

Main duties

• Making smallgoods and sausages
• Preparing, pickling and curing meats for production
• Weighing meats, spices and ingredients according to our recipes
• Operating machinery including mincers, pumping machines, cooking ovens

Skills and experience

• Experienced in smallgoods manufacturing – traditional cured and cooked smallgoods
• Experienced operating commercial meat machinery
• Proficient in knowledge of food safety, HACCP and QA requirements
• Strong attention to detail and proud of your work
