SAP Successfactors Consultant

Qualifications

• 3–9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
• Module Expertise: Proven expertise in SF Employee Central (EC) and at least one other module (e.g., Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding).
• Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with XML configuration, Data Models, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Workflow design, and ABAP.
