**What you’ll do?**
- Participate in incidents Root Cause Analysis.
- Participate in incidents Root Cause Analysis (“RCA”), propose permanent solution for repetitive issues (analyzed via Service now data analysis) and execution.
- Provide support for month-end activities.
- Perform batch job monitoring and with L3 design team to solve batch job failures.
- Understands the AMS ticket management process & Adherence to SLA and managing the status of the tickets.
- Worked in SAP ECC and has exposure to integrations
- Expertise in standard WM processes & configuration: Physical inventory, Replenishment, Repacking, Kitting, label generation, Returnable packaging, RF scanning process.
- Conduct Unit, Integration and Regression tests.
- Knowledge in Interfaces: Idocs processing, AIF, API, RFC, PI interfaces
- Knowledge in Kanban process
