SAP HCM Consultant (Arbo)

As a SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and rollout of Employee Self‑Service (ESS) and Manager Self‑Service (MSS) applications within an SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management environment, supporting approximately 10,000 employees globally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design ESS/MSS solutions aligned with organizational HR processes
• Define overall Fiori architecture for a workforce of approximately 10,000 employees
• Recommend standard SAP Fiori applications and identify requirements for custom development
• Design role‑based access models for employees, managers, HR administrators, and executives
• Configure and integrate ESS/MSS processes including Leave Request and Approval, Team Calendar, Manager Approvals
• Ensure alignment with organizational HR policies and compliance requirements
