Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Functional Lead within the Operations team
- Own and drive end-to-end SAP SD solutions across development and operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and support tickets within defined SLAs
- Identify problems and propose sustainable solutions
- Configure system changes and support production issue resolution
- Develop and maintain solution documentation and guides
