Job Description
We are seeking someone who can serve as a hands?on configuration expert for SAP SuccessFactors, partnering with HR and IT teams to ensure the system supports evolving business needs and delivers a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities include:
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules—primarily Employee Central—to support evolving HR and business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable system configurations aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, validation rules, and proactive monitoring of system behavior.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in partnership with IT and HR stakeholders.
