Job Description
- Define and execute the tax technology roadmap with global stakeholders
- Own tax systems end-to-end (design, build, test, deploy, support)
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize tax processes
- Act as the main point of contact between Tax, Finance, IT, and vendors
- Design and improve solutions across: Indirect tax (VAT, GST, sales & use); Direct tax and tax provisioning; Statutory reporting and compliance; Tax data and controls
- Configure and manage ERP tax setup (tax codes, rules, determination logic)
- Oversee integrations between ERP, tax engines, and data platforms
- Lead fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and internal control standards
- Manage vendors and prioritize delivery initiatives
