Job Title: SAP CX Functional Consultant
Job Description
This contract role offers the opportunity for an experienced SAP CX Functional Consultant to provide hands-on functional expertise and guidance on an existing SAP CX implementation. You will help design, configure, and optimise customer-facing solutions across sales, marketing, service, and commerce processes, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The position sits inside IR35, runs for an initial 3–6 months, and operates on a hybrid working basis.
Responsibilities
Run workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
Gather and document detailed business requirements, such as how leads, opportunities, and service requests should be tracked and managed.
