*** SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant - Europe - Remote***

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant - to start on an S/4 HANA implementation project for one of our global end clients.

The consultant is expected to start August 2026 and for an initial 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be a fully remote position. 

Role:

Provide hands-on functional expertise and coordination to ensure upskilling during the Customer Service roll-outs. This role bridges regional deployment leadership and local affiliates, driving user enablement.

Requirements:
Deep understanding of End-to-End (E2E) Service workflows and technical systems (, SAP, REXIS, BTP).

Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and key stakeholder groups
