The Sanitation Team Leader is responsible for providing consistent leadership, supervision, and motivation to the sanitation team members. Excellent communication skills are required as the Sanitation Team Leader is the main contact point for all employees in the sanitation department. Sanitation Team Leaders must respond proactively to ensure the smooth operation of the sanitation process.
