Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general direction and instructions to the sanitation team based on input from the Sanitation Manager following plant Master Cleaning ScheduleAid in employee development such as hiring, training, work assignment, coaching/counselling and performance evaluation.Ensure effective communication within the team and other departments.Inspect areas at start of shift to help identify unusual issues that will need to be addressed by sanitation during the shiftReport any areas of spills or issues that will require extra time to address to Sanitation SupervisorsPerform general industrial cleaning in production areas including walls, floors, equipment, locker rooms, lunch/break rooms, washroomsMay work in confined spaces once trained and authorizedTake inventory of sanitation supplies, order refills as neededOperate within the co...
