This role is about helping young people build confidence, develop independence, overcome challenges and celebrate achievements that others may take for granted.Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced special school in Sandwell that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, communication needs and social, emotional and mental health challenges.The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team for the new academic year.

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
