This highly regarded niche fraud firm advises and represents individuals and corporates on all aspects of sanctions and export control laws, including civil and criminal litigation, requests for revocation of sanctions listings in multiple jurisdictions, licencing, and enforcement. Clients include individuals, banks and other regulated financial institutions, law firms and other professional service providers, universities, nonernmental organisations and charities, importers and exporters operating across the aerospace, art, defence, energy, engineering, maritime, real estate, telmunications and transport sectors.
