Sample preparation operator

Overview

At ALS, we harness the power of scientific testing and data‑driven insights to build a healthier future. This role involves sample preparation of different commodities as instructed by the sample preparation team leader and site supervisor.

Responsibilities Carry out sample preparation activities in accordance with procedures and instructions from the site supervisor. Follow ALS Health and Safety standards and comply with all relevant SOPs and quality management requirements. Prepare and store samples to prevent contamination; label, seal, size, and weigh as required. Record all necessary information related to sampling and inspection, including forms and photographic evidence when applicable. Adhere to local legislative requirements and use of personal protective equipment as required.
