This role bridges physical front-of-house management with online customer engagement, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every client from their first digital inquiry to their in-store visit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Omnichannel Customer Engagement
Act as the primary digital touchpoint by promptly managing and responding to customer inquiries across multiple platforms: WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook.
Convert online interactions into confirmed bookings through timely and professional communication.
