Job Description
Salesforce Techno Functional
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a techno-functional lead for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Provide functional guidance and technical direction to developers and admins
- Own end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Ensure best practices around Salesforce configuration, customization, security, and data model
- Collaborate with business, product owners, and integration teams
- Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Core Salesforce Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and core CRM capabilities
