Salesforce Support & Enablement Consultant

In this role, you will partner directly with Manulife Wealth advisors and provide remote support to guide them through the adoption of our enterprise platform, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal utilization. You will also act as a conduit to our Continuous Delivery Organization, communicating advisor needs, challenges, and feedback to align platform capabilities with the unique needs of financial advisors and wealth management operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and day-to-day virtual support to advisors using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (how-to support, best practices, workflow coaching, and troubleshooting)
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement (quick reference guides, walkthroughs, knowledge articles, and live virtual training sessions) to accelerate advisor proficiency
