Requirements :-
- 10 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform. Must be experienced in Service Cloud along with Omni Channel, Routing, and Debugging test cases.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs like SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Aura, LWC, and JavaScript programming.
