The Salesforce Lead Developer role reports to the Director of Salesforce & MuleSoft Platforms. This full-time position is pivotal in designing and maintaining Sentrex’s Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions meet compliance standards, while guiding junior developers in technical aspects for optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Build custom Lightning Web Components and automation
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to Canadian healthcare regulations
• Participate in backlog grooming and code reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
