8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform customization Strong experience in designing and developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and connecting enterprise applications In‑depth understanding of Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and data access controls Proficient in Salesforce deployment processes, release management, and implementing scalable Salesforce data models and configurations Experience working within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, with knowledge of related business processes and requirements Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and provide support during Pacific Time business hours in Agile development environments EEOC Compliance
