Join Barclays as a Salesforce Developer within Private Bank Wealth Management, supporting Project PRISM, a large-scale 2026 front‑office productivity programme focused on integrating core systems, re‑engineering processes, and enabling higher‑value advisor activities. In this role, you will deliver primarily greenfield development on Salesforce, building backend microservices, API‑led integrations, and orchestration layers that support scalable, resilient, and GenAI‑enabled workflows across platforms such as Avaloq and enterprise data systems. Working in an agile environment, you will take ownership of delivering high‑quality solutions aligned to key build milestones, with opportunities to extend into developing additional applications within the CLM domain.
