Core Experience & Skills:
The Salesforce CRM CoE Lead will spearhead the client’s Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative - driving demand shaping, team structuring, commercial definition, operating model design, hiring, and service delivery initiation. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the Infosys team, requiring deep Salesforce domain expertise, strong CRM/CoE SME capabilities, and the ability to influence and build relationships with C-level executives
