Position Overview

The Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for supporting the evolution and deployment of Salesforce solutions across divisions with a primary focus on Europe. The role combines business analysis and process understanding, solution design and configuration, and hands‑on Salesforce development. You will work closely with the Integral CRM Lead and CRM team, contributing to improvements and implementations while respecting ITW’s decentralized operating model.
