Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Xico)

This role will work with our Nissan Commerce platform team for connected vehicle telematics billing and subscription management. The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is responsible for defining and creating Epic Stories and User Stories to define features that will enable differentiating capabilities, improve efficiency, reduce complexity and drive configuration over code to deliver market leading products and services. You will have a detailed understanding of the system(s) for the purposes of defining requirements and use customer journey and process flow mapping to create, align and communicate scope.
