About the Role
We are building a pipeline of talented Salesforce Agentforce Consultants and Service Designers to support upcoming opportunities across our Salesforce and AI transformation programs.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and Salesforce delivery , focusing on designing and implementing intelligent, scalable, and user-centric solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver AI-powered Agentforce solutions and customer journeys
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
- Lead journey mapping and process design workshops , shaping customer experience outcomes
- Design AI workflows, prompts, and conversational experiences
