Sales Team Lead Outbound (Onsite | Mandaluyong)

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support an outbound call center sales team
- Monitor and report team performance against targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Identify training gaps and coach team members for growth and improved performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years experience leading outbound international sales teams (BPO experience preferred)
- Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficient in basic to intermediate computer tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Strong communication and team management abilities
