- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: Up to $3,500
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5:30pm
- Process incoming orders received by phone, email or platforms, including arranging shipments, handling customer service issues, and updating records.
- Track inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Process requests for rush orders and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, payment statuses, and other problems.
- Monitor online platforms in the region by keeping track of pricing, assortment and competition.
