WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role provides support and order information with a focus on professional teamwork while striving to deliver resolutions and excellent customer service.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Supports ISR-s and customers by providing tracking information, freight charges and POD-s.
+ Processes freight claims and work with freight companies to ensure resolution.
+ Submits corrected Bills of Lading to freight companies.
+ Communicates with other departments to help resolve credit and shipping issues, etc.
+ Creates credit memos for pricing discrepancy.
+ Issues return goods authorization to the customer and work with warehouse personnel to ensure that goods are acceptable for restock and return is closed. This sho...
